Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days). Some products are fulfilled by our trusted partners and may have processing times of 2-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready within 24 hours at our Central Falls location (437b Dexter Street, Central Falls, RI 02863). Note: Dropshipped items are not available for local pickup.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 25 countries including Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan, UAE, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Some restrictions may apply to certain products (aerosols, alcohol-based fragrances).
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. For multi-item orders from different locations, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened grooming products cannot be returned. Contact us at grbarbershopri@gmail.com or +1 (401) 616-0357 to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours at grbarbershopri@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Do products have expiration dates?
Yes, all grooming products have expiration dates. We ensure all products are fresh and within their expiration dates when shipped.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Book online at our booking system.

Account & Payment
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout through our secure payment processor.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment system with SSL encryption. We never store your complete payment information.
